First of all, TKX has good intention but its just a good intention. Practicality was never there, as the group grew to what it is now, its has become way too big for him to monitor or handle.
He could have let it go, since he already enter Degree Y1S1. He should set his priority right, He is a student first and he should focus on his studies. Let whoever that want to take over, to take over or just shut down the group.
Someone else will start another group, There is no need for him to be the hero.
Instead of doing that, he decided to shoulder everything.
Sadly that’s not the end of the drama, the admin team, his friend and also UC prop him up to the stage. The admin team, his friend is young and they may not realize what they are doing.
You, The UC admin who is the adult here decided to set him up on the big stage and get attacked. Even encourage him to continue the group, instead of giving advice to focus on his studies. You guys did the opposite of that.
Which lead us to the part you guys mention we don’t want to cooperate with SRC or even PMP because there a lot of paperwork and proposal. That what’s we call accountability, Which obviously none of you want as well and you guys blame keyboard warriors for hiding behind their keyboard?
Also like some of the noises that mention, UC should stay neutral, be the place where they the student want to stay anonymous and post their rant and etc. Why is TKX so special, that you are giving him so much special treatment?
Message for TKX
Just a piece of advise from a senior.
You are a student first, If your study are being affected focus on that first. The group should be your last priority. I hope you can focus on what is important.
P:S remember your Sem2 foundation results? It was not great or something to be happy about. I hope you did improve it during the 3rd semester.
