How come the price on the UTAR accomodation listing are all LIES but UTAR never do anything about this?? Did anyone told UTAR about this? Or UTAR just simply dunwanna change? The single room in Flora Green is like at least RM700 per month(not the small af store room). And not included utilities and wifi and cleaning service!!! It’s like what da hell? I am a newbie here. And this is certainly unfair for UTAR students. The tenants around here just want as much profit as possible from students. Damn CB, SH =.=
