Is it just me or everyone thinks that UTAR internship tuition fee is insanely expensive? To begin with, it is unreasonable to pay RM1.9k so we can go out to work as interns while getting paid less than anyone’s monthly salary; moreover, some people don’t even get paid at all especially during this hard MCO period.

The lecturers literally don’t even need to work while we are interns. No lectures, no tutorials, no assignments. They just sit back and read our reports and drink coffee, latte whatever. plus this “Major” subject don’t even include in CGPA and lecturers complain. “why internship reports so boring” duh. there is no point in writing a fantastic report for a pass fail subject.

Think about it. We are getting paid to work. Then we have to pay back school for what? What do they do during our internship period? Who are we learning from during internship?
I know the way i express is offensive.. but facts bruh.

There are universities that don’t accept internship fees such as USCI, APU, LIM KOK WING. Don’t give us the lame excuse of “why don’t we go those college?” That doesn’t change the fact that this is stilla problem.
I much rather work free than to pay a scam school fees.

That would make much more sense. **** this system.
